Sauna and cold water therapy, also known as contrast therapy, involves alternating between heat exposure in a sauna and sudden immersion in cold water. Benefits include boosts to the immune, lymphatic, circulatory, and digestive systems. The sauna can be booked for £15 per hour on the last Sat of each month.
